I strongy suggest to visit this place before it gets renovated and closed for public, which it probably will. Our guide was very knowledgeable and visit lasted 2 hours instead of announced 1,30 ,

Best guide to Moscow! Ayrat (founder of this company) have his own inspired style. I suppose he realy love the City and architecture (especialy avangard, i suppose).

Very interesting , value for money !! The organization is perfect, the guide very good and the building is an important architectural object that will be restored in its original form in the near future.
