Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Ortigas Park is a place my boyfriend and I pass by quite often as it is located right next to a coffee shop we tend to visit 2- times per month. It is quite small though it provides a small feeling of greenery around the busy streets next to it. Though it is called a park, there isn't much of a place to sit and relax and there isn't much to see in terms of plants. If I were asked to give my own personal suggestions to improve this area then it would be the following:
a.) Planting more flowers, grass or trees would help give the area a fresher, prettier look.
b.) Expanding the area a bit more would make the park a bit more ejoyable and would probably encourage people living and working around the area to stop by to relax.
c.) Keeping the area more maintained and the trash cans clean more often would help prevent flies and other insects from hanging around the park.
d.) The installation of one or two signs with park rules and reminders would help prevent the occasional episode of littering and garbage disposal often seen around the area and possibly help keep the grass alive longer.

It is tiny -- you can walk from one end to the other in less than a minute, but a lovely fountain fronting a nice bas-relief façade and the Coffee Bean make it a nice stop for a Sunday morning stroll in the area. There is also a neighborhood food and produce market and outdoor zumba class right next to the park during weekends (open from 5 am to 5 pm), so you can get some steps in and some shopping done while you are at it.

I love this park! It in the middle of many establishment in Ortigas and its one place where you can find peace. Just by sitting on the bench and feel the wind. So happy we have this on busy street

True to its name, EMERALD Avenue (now F. Ortigas Jr Road) makes sure that there is still some semblance of live greens. The creation of the pocket park adds to the goal. I suppose that tract of land was too small to erect another building hence turn it into a park. Nice foliage. Hope it can be a user-friendly park.

Mainly used to rest here for a while after dinner. Nice cosy place in the middle of concrete jungle.

As a small green place in the business district it is a much-needed space. Unfortunately, it is also a passage which prevents it to have the tranquility to make it truly special.

Small little cozy park. A little bit of open space hidden in the midst of Ortigas office high-rise buildings. Many different dining options in the area.

It's a very small area so I can hardly call it a park but there is a coffee shop and even convenience store inside. There are benches and small walkway. You can use this park as a way to get from Emerald Ave. to Ruby Road.

This little garden is a perfect getaway or break place for the office workers around Ortigas area. It is a small park but it is very well maintained and clean too. You can get to the Coffee Bean outlet in the park and enjoy a cup of coffee while having a little rest at this mini park.

The place is literally hidden in the busy roads of Ortigas. Nonetheless, it is a good place to catch a break (especially since it has a CBTL shop in it) in the middle of the day.
