Great easy drive, 40 min from our hotel in Khasab. No need for 4WD, and don't be put off by restricted sign - it refers to nearby oil rig. No signs in Khasab, just head out past the Government buildings. Great scenery along the way...More

Very nice view. It can easily be done by a normal car. Just 15 mins from Khasab town. No need for a 4WD.

A natural creek approachable by 4WD through gatch road. Top view point (400 m elevation) is about half an hour drive from Atana Musanadam Resort. Scenery from view point is mesmerising. Heard that its a nice spot for overnight camping in winter months.

This is a short trip out of Khasab and well worth it. The views from the top are amazing and even the road up is quite dramatic - with a sheer unprotected drop.

Great spot to take in the vastness and beauty of the musandam fjords. 2wd car could name the climb to the top in good weather but getting from the viewpoint to the beach is best in a 4wd vehicle.

Absolutely gorgeous views from the lookout point. We in fact went a second time to catch the sun rise over the mountains - was just beautiful! The road is basically an unpaved track - however, doesn't need a 4x4 or special skills - any normal...More

Hi Abu_2608. You will definitely need a four wheel drive to visit Khor Najd. The road is unpaved and quite steep for a Yaris. Don't risk taking your car up there.

Hi you dont need to book anything to go there from the Emirates, you can spend all day driving. If your car is not insured for the Gulf then you can pick up a short time insurance package just after crossing the border... More
