This wide avenue is tree-lined, and decorated with some monumental (bronze) statues carved by the Italian sculptor Emilio Greco. It makes for a pleasant daytime walk. IN the (autumn) evenings, trees "come alive" with fairy lights-- just lovely!

This is a nice place to visit for shopping. Also a good place for people watching as it is hotspot for locals as well as tourists. A lot of the local university students end up here as well.
