As is typical in Japan the transport system is clean, reliable, punctual and this was no exception. Colourful trains; never thought I would be wanting to photograph trains before! Air conditioning.

Took these a couple of times between Takamatsu and Kawaramachi. The air conditioning amidst the strong heat outside made them very like-able.

Very cute trains painted with different cartoon characters! I recommend you to sit in the front and watch the railroad passing beautiful farms, gardens, small villages, etc. The gestures of train operator was very unique; worth to observe!

Great way to get around the area. Stops just about everywhere you need. Now this are older trains on older tracks so your ride is a little bumpy, but still a great means of transportation.
