One day (24 hrs) pass ¥800. Every 10 mins or so. Links all major attractions easily and convenient for hotels. Elevators at all stations did great with luggage/strollers. Right from the airport!

They provide 1 day pass or 2day for monorail and you can buy it at the machine. Good for take the monorail to other tourist attraction is Naha.

Riding the Monorail is quite an experience by itself even though it is just to get ariund the island. You have great view from above!!

We bought the 2-day pass and had a great time on the monorail - do get the brochure which tells you the places of interest. Hopped up anddown the shopping areas, visited the castle, walked the entire Kokusai Street and its huge undercover bazaars!

The trains ran very well and were always clean. Easily found a seat. Had many stops with attractions.

the monorail works so well, every few mins a train appears going somewhere. so easy to find your way around the city - buy a 24 hr. pass at least

I park for free in the San-A Naha Main Place parking garage and walk the 2 blocks to the Monorail stop at Omoromachi Station. You can take the train anywhere from there. As other people have said there is parking near... More
