It's clean, and a traditional Japan hot spring. Just in the National Street. If u feel exhausted in the trip, going to a hot spring is a good idea.

No, I don't think so. I have been there a few days ago and all men and ladies need to take off all their clothes and take a shower before going in the bath. I don't think baths in Japan allow guests to put on swimming suits. More

I don't think there are lockers... I can't remember. Generally, onsens are very safe places anyway. I'm sorry this reply is so late... not much good to you now I guess, but I've only just seen it!
