yes, like most tourists we bought the set of 7 Jigoku tickets (except Yama) here, is much cheaper when you buy here, if not the entrance fee to each Jigoku is 550Yen per adult per entry

Actually when I was in Beppu there were two information centres. One, the original one I guess being the office, which was solely dedicated to Japanese people and one, more inside the small shopping mall inside the station, which was meant for English speaking tourists....More

This one is for a Japanese speaking only. No worry. There is another one in the opposite which offer all 8nfirmation you need for a pleasant stay in Beppu

The pass original 2000 yen, is only sold in here for 1800 yen, people there are helpful and can speak good English.

I may be wrong but I believe there is luggage storage but unsure abt the maximum size. The rate is usually around 400yen.

You have to go by train to Beppudaigaku. From there a few minutes walk. It is called Beppu Beach Sand and Bath.
