A must stop over to and from Otaru to the Ski resorts. You will have a good clear view of the entire Otaru. Nice

At 467m, the elevation gives one a broad view over the city. It's a tough climb on a bicycle but the view is worth it.

Yes. Mount Kenashi is same as Mount Tengu. There is ropeway ride to the top of the lookout. You need to take cab to the ropeway station. We are taking a daily tour to Otaru so it is in the package. Not possible to climb... More
