We did a 2 hr cooking class here and learned a lot about Vietnamese food and how it is prepared. They speak good English and the class was fun. We also ate well!

My husband and i did the basic Taste Vietnam street food tour, cooking class and lunch. It's the perfect class for people who are more about eating than cooking! You get to taste many traditional dishes and assemble some street food dishes with aspects pre-prepared....More

We were in Hoi An for roughly 2 whole days, and ate at Vy's Market twice, and one of her other restaurants once. Literally the best food we had while in Vietnam. Complex flavors, great service, love the ambiance of the market, great service.

Madame Vy's cookery school is a wonderful 5 hour immersion into the culture and food of this fascinating country. Visit the Market, taste sampling from the restaurant, then cook 3 dishes in the professional school. Then eat the results, and to be honest it was...More

Great way to sample local cuisine by the point and order method. There are many items displayed and you can watch them being prepared in open kitchen stalls.
