No, but the other day I saw a westerner gave her breast feeding milk at Starbucks and she did it very nicely and very discreet by just putting a little handkerchief on the top to her baby and her breast. If one does not notice one would not know what she was doing. In Thailand to see Mom gives milk to a baby from her breast is not really a serious issue. Find a quiet corner at a coffee shop or somewhere and do it nicely would be alright. We understand.
