The Wat Huay Mongkol temple complex located a few kilometers west of Hua Hin downtime. An enormous statue of one of Thailand’s most famous monks named Luang Phor Thuad can be found here.

About 30 minutes drive from downtown Hua Hin sits a large temple dedicated to the famous Huay Mongkol Monk. The complex is huge with prayer halls and dining facilities on the side with a large statue of Huay Mongkol sitting in between.

Hire a car to visit this remarkable temple. Did prayer to the scared monk, releasing and feeding the fishes. Big ground to walk around.
