One of the main temples in Kerala. A temple which keeps everything traditionally. Importance festivals are Vrischikolsavam and Ambalam Kathi Ulsavam (Celebrates for: once temple was swallowed by fire)

This is a Krishna Temple where you'd find the idol sitting. If you go in the evenings, the whole temple is beautifully lit. This was the temple of the Cochin Royal Family
