Our family of 4 used their Toyota Crysta vehicle driven by their driver Shibu , from Dec 24 to Dec 30 . Their rates were reasonable considering the holiday season ( didn’t try to exploit us unlike a few other agencies who were asking for 50-100% extra citing heavy demand ! ).
The car itself was in a good condition but it was the presence of Shibu that really helped to make our trip memorable . He is an extremely safe driver and also provides great recommendations for sight seeing / adventure activities across Kerala . He could understand the interests very well and provided appropriate recommendations to enrich our itinerary - like boating in the Poovar back waters , the right place to purchase authentic banana chips and Kerala sarees , fusion Kathakali Raga at Munnar and a terrific restaurant at Alleppy.
I would highly recommend Pepper Kerala Holidays and their professional staff .

Vikas Gopi was an integral part of the experience. His expertise on the region was like having a local friend by your side. He navigated the winding roads with confidence, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride. But Vikas went beyond just driving. He knew the hidden waterfalls, charming villages, and historical sites that tourist buses often missed. He'd point out interesting sights along the way, from unique birds to ancient temples, making every journey a mini-discovery.
Vikas was also incredibly patient and flexible. We never felt rushed, and he was happy to adjust our itinerary on the fly to accommodate our interests. Whether it was stopping for a delicious local lunch recommended by Vikas or taking a detour to capture a breathtaking sunset, he made sure we got the most out of our trip.
Perhaps the most heartwarming aspect was Vikas's genuine passion for Kerala. His infectious enthusiasm for his homeland was contagious, making us appreciate the beauty and culture even more. He even shared some basic Malayalam phrases, adding a personal touch that made us feel welcome. Pepper Kerala is a very good tour company. It was easy to have contact with the owner and make arrangements for a three day trip through a small part of Kerala (it is not hard to understand why it is called ‘God’s own country’). The price per day is very decent (with a surcharge per km when driving over 100 km per day).
Akosh was the very friendly and caring driver who went with me on my travels for 3 days. He took me to the Thattekad bird sanctuary, showed me Fort Cochin and took me also to the backwaters of Allepey.
It was a really nice experience talking to him and having fun with him talking about music and family.
Akosh is also very reliable, always there, even before the agreed departure time.
Wouldn’t hesitate to go with Pepper Kerala again and I would definitely ask for Akosh as the driver again!

We had an amazing experience with our driver, Rajesh D, during our Kerala trip. Driving an Ertiga (KL 74 E 1200), he ensured our journey was safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. The car was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with AC and music service at all times, adding to our comfort.
He was incredibly friendly, cooperative, and helpful throughout the journey. His driving skills were exceptional, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable at all times. He enthusiastically guided us to renowned and stunning tourist destinations, making sure we didn’t miss any highlights and covered all the tourist places as per our itinerary.
His smart planning allowed us to avoid traffic and crowds, giving us more time to enjoy each location. Thanks to his expertise and support, our Kerala trip was not just memorable but also seamless and safe. Highly recommend his services!

We booked a SUV taxi from Pepper Kerala for a 9 day trip after a lot of research and it was one of the best decision I took in this trip.
We were assigned John Thomas aka Saji Chetta (KL37F 0539) as driver for the trip. Not only is he an amazing driver but he is an awesome person. He was very punctual, friendly and took great care of my parents. He always kept making jokes and telling funny stories. All along the trip he recommended places to visit and all his recommendations were spot on.
During the trip in Munnar, my mother got sunburn on her face. We needed medicines for her and he helped us in finding medicines and even after that he was very concerned for my mother and made sure that the ride is very comfortable for her considering the hot weather.
Also, during the trip he recommended lot of restaurants, where the food was really tasty.
Saji Chetta is a very fun loving, helpful and caring person and he will not leave any stone unturned to make the trip a memorable one.
A big thank you to Saji Chetta for all his help
If you are booking taxi/cab for a Kerala Trip, do book from Pepper Kerala. Highly recommended.

Our engagement with Pepper Kerala was limited to transportation via a premium AC tempo traveler vehicle for our family holiday in Kerala for the period 29th November to 5th December,2024 covering tourist spots in and around Kochi, Kumarakom and Munnar. The drive was smooth and without any hiccups over the entire duration of the journey. The driver Shaji displayed a very pleasant, friendly, courteous & humble behavior over the entire period of our trip and promptly responded to our requirements.

We had a great 4 day trip with Akhosh around Kerala. He always arrived before departure time and was flexible and responsive to our ad hoc itinerary. He took us to some view points in Munnar that we wouldn't have found ourselves. Overall, Akhosh was reliable and trustworthy and I'd recommend his service to other travelers.

The team at Pepper Travels made it very easy for us to handle the travel during our stay. The booking process was easy and transparent, they offer the best prices, their vehicle was very good and the driver was well versed with the place.
