The Capitol complex is the visible sign of the of the new city created from scratch in the 1950’s. The raw architecture of the city is clearly demonstrated in the Capitol buildings. Must for students of architecture and Corbusier fans.

The capitol complex is open only by appointment now. There are planned trips which you need to check. As said above for security reasons it is not open for access all the time.
