There is no flower this tym. We visited on 22 october Park is good but this time flowers cutting are under process. A worker/Gardener told us that the Best time to visit here from December to April.

There are no roses in the garden at this autumn season. Locals told that these will come in 20 days or so.

yes there is no restriction for photography inside the rose garden but plucking of flowers or littering is not allowed
