Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Enjoyed watching kids swim in the water near steam vents along ocean side in evening....then walked up to see the actual springs up by the school. Interesting to see and the signage is even more interesting!

Culturally this was amazing to see how the locals use the springs. They had three cooking pots going at once in a communal cooking area using the steam from the water to cook.

I was surprised by the feel of the water I was immediately relaxed as I slipped into the huge tub prepared for me and only me they recommend to visit at night for the bath its more private and quite peaceful it was raining on the night I went and this added to the restful feeling Sanita from Savusavu Hot Springs walked me down and was reluctant to leave me alone I actually was relieved the bath was 40 degrees so I recommend you take a drink one local suggested a bottle of wine there was enough room to share the bath with hubby
