Most shops and restaurants are open on weekends. All the hotels have restaurants as well. You can park in a lot for around 5 or $10 or one of the hotels. Prices range from,$10 to 25

If the tram is not running they have the guys with the hand carts that push you up and down the boardwalk. I know they work all year.

I would advise any of the casino parking garages. Resortsor Hard Rock are closest to the Steele Pier!
