Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Getting about the city by ourselves, we found this building hard to locate, and not even completely obvious when we got there. It did not seem to be signposted for tourists and did not welcome us as (casual) visitors. The architecture is probably notable in the context of its time and location, but is unexceptional to eyes familiar with big European cities.

This building used to be the office of Manchu Railway Company, and has a historical importance as well. You can look inside the building but you need to make a reservation. Well, the visitors who come here are mainly Japanese tourists, so it's worth while visiting if you are interested in the pre-war history of Japan and China. For many travellers, just looking at the building is enough, I think, because there's not much imformation about how to contact with the office staff when you want to make a reservation.
予約をすれば内部の見学も可能とは聞いていますが、予約の仕方など詳しい情報があまりありません。特に見学したい目的がない限り建物外観の見学のみでも十分いいと思います。

Went there last year on 1 May Labour Day, the building itself is very old-fashioned, seemed like if that's a Russian styled/Stalinist building. Overall, I liked the look out of it, very nice! The site is historical too because that's the birthplace of the first manchuria/ Dong Bei railway system in China during the early 20th century.

The Manchu Railway Company made history so this building is historically important. This massive European style building is impressive. It's a very popular spot for Japanese tourists, apparently, but anyone with an appreciation of history will find it fascinating.

This building used to be the building of the Manchu Railway Company so it's a very historically important place. I visited here in the afternoon so I was not able to look inside but I spent some time just looking at this massive European style building. It seems to be one of the very popular spots for Japanese tourists, but I prefer visiting here by myself because I can look at the building quietly with my own pace.
