hi, i do agree its a tourist trap. but china has alot of different minority groups with varying culture, so for 200RMB you can get to have a deeper understanding of their culture. the one i went is called binglang gu (i forgot the exact location), but its regards the culture of the li & miao group which u have found.. u can hire their local guide (i'm not sure is it at add. cost) who can explain stuffs & also answer any questions u have.
