The fountains were amusing. Nothing too special, but bigger than other fountains you can find in let's say Barcelona for example. The fountains are accompanied by music. If you're in the neighbourhood its worth a visit

it's very impressed attending this water show surrounded by a lot of skyscrapers in the heart of Dubai city next to Burj Khalifa as highest building of the world. It's recommended to at least combine it with the Dubai Mall visit (incl. Aquarium, zoo) as...More

Restaurants around fountain are good value for money and you don't have to book, went to an Italian, but remember they do not serve alcohol. Good service

Visiting the Dubai Fountains was the most tranquil setting during my entire stay. The atmosphere was very relaxing - I am looking forward to visiting again.

I wasn't overly impressed to be honest. I thought it would be a bit more grand, as everything seems to be in Dubai. Perhaps it's different at different times, I'm not sure l, however, I would prefer to sit/stand and watch Lake Como any day

Worth a stop for some photos and see the fountains. We had lunch inside overlooking the water show, kids enjoyed being outside when the water show occurred.

It was a great show which last about 3 minutes every half an hour from 6pm. The music is nice, the only bad point is that it's too busy.

Modesty is key, but you won't feel uncomfortable or gawked at for wearing clothing that you would in North America while normally out and about.

Yes the show is for free but I recommend to find a good spot very early, there are lots of people watching it.
