As a point of huge interest it could become overcrowded at times but is a must visit point while in Dubai. Great water and light show with a couple of dining options and a huge shopping mall.

Even if you are not a shopper , it is well worth going to the Mall to have lunch beside the Fountain. I think its on the half hour, look it up, the fountain erupts into dance . There are fab restaurants overlooking the fountain.

If you have seen the fountain show at Las Vegas, this one is worth watching. We took the lake cruise to watch the fountain show. It was worth the money paid coz the place was too crowded and standing and waiting was too boring.

Short, only a few minutes. Nothing like you have seen before. But just wait 30 minutes and you'll see it again. Tip: go to the opposite side of the entrance next to the Apple store. Less people there and closer to the action.

The Dubai Fountains are beautiful and large. The water shows start at 6:00 p.m. and occur every half hour. Later in the evening a light show which includes the Burj Khalifa occurs. A must see while in Dubai.

Went whilst visiting family in Dubai. Our 9mo baby was captivated 😊 We booked a table at Todd English for dinner with a view of the fountains - definitely recommend!

Need not worry about hotels nearby, Dubai metro is the easiest way to travel, just get down at Dubai Mall station. Also hotels around that area don't come cheap. Easiest way go to tripadvisor and find hotels near the metro... More
