You can pretty much see the whole circumference of the island from up here. Lots of parking and a few easy trails to add to you visit. Try to time your arrival with the arrival/departure of an aircraft.

A visit to Mt Pitt is a must. It is then that you truely appreciate that you are actually on an Island as you have a 360 degree view over the place. Really brings you down to earth, but in a good way.

A very worthwhile drive the view is beautiful and you can do a walk to the highest part of the island from there. I really enjoyed sitting and taking the view in.

Good starting point for walks within the park and apparently a superb place to star gaze or just sundown
