This is a good place to visit and walk around and see the different small islands around the point. You may be lucky to see a few turtles down in the bay. There are some picnic spots where you can have a BBQ as well....More

Great place to visit. The sea and the rocks are fantastically beautiful. I understand that Capt Cook and his party came ashore here - which looks like it would take some doing. Beautiful small pools visible in the rocky outcrops. Very good picnic facilities.

We visited Captain Cook's monument...views of the cliff's and coast line are spectacular. The site is easily accessible by car, although road is a little bit narrow. There are barbeques and other amenities at the attraction, and the area is very well looked after...well worth...More
