Easy ride, very enjoyable. Stops for ice cream, lunch, bathrooms, and plenty of photo spots along the way. Keep an eye out for one of the largest birds nests you've ever seen (on the ground). Rent from Village Bike Rentals!

The trail is well maintained and very level. It is not heavily utilized and those using it are very friendly. There is a wonderful overhang much of the trail so it doesn't get too hot even are really hot days. Love Village Bike Rentals --...More

Timbo's in Cheshire, where the trail crosses Route 8 about half way to Pittsfield, right across the road from Cheshire Lake.

This is who we used: Berkshire Outfitters. They had good bikes and were reasonable. More importantly, they were open.
