Easy ride, very enjoyable. Stops for ice cream, lunch, bathrooms, and plenty of photo spots along the way. Keep an eye out for one of the largest birds nests you've ever seen (on the ground). Rent from Village Bike Rentals!

Newly expanded with plans for further growth. Been on this trail at least once/week for the last 10 years or so. Really picturesque and quiet. There are some spot in Cheshire where the tree roots are popping through, so you must slow down if on...More

How can you go wrong with a level trail along reservoirs, nicely maintained, and no glass? Parked at the southern terminus near Berkshire Mall and road north to the end . The senior center had a nice exhibit on the ski patrol and historical background...More

My wife and I had a great, 1-night get away which included a bike ride at the nearby rail trail. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Beautiful setting. Terrific service.

This is who we used: Berkshire Outfitters. They had good bikes and were reasonable. More importantly, they were open.
