With the dual carriageway finally completed it is also excellent for motor traffic, albeit with the caveat that, especially during rush hour, there continues to be a bottle neck at the bottom of the causeway.

I'm an old gear-head from the States. I've been looking for years for cruise night in Panama. I found it, on the Causeway on late Thursday night. Not as big as those in the US, but just as interesting.
