This is an underground shopping mall, located under Independence Square.
While the mall sure has potential, the shops were anything but impressive and the mall felt very underwhelming.
There are several eateries to choose from at the mall.
Walked a long way to get there and felt disappointed. The place is small, with few stores and even fewer dwellers. It is very well kept though. There's a small panini place on the middle floor with good toasts and coffee + view.
Inside is ok for a quick wander but nothing special. However walking up to the roof is worth the view, you don't need to enter the building, walk past the big clock on the hill and head for the walk way over your head.
