Old, worn, cheap, dirty. We spent 10 minuts here. There was nothing worth looking at. It was hard to find A taxi away from there...

If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of food and produce markets (with some non-food stalls thrown in along the way) then it would be hard to beat the 'Ladies' Market'. We visited it a couple of times and enjoyed walking its length. The market...More

God forbid you wish to buy fruit or veggies and pick it yourself!!!! It isn't going to happen! They adamantly REFUSE to let you pick your own products. Vendors place fresh fruit and veggies in front of their display and put spoiling fruit and veggies...More

This market for fruits, vegetables and flowers is original since decades. It is more oriental than European. He has his own spirit. Goods are usually fresh.

If you are looking to find some local vegetables, fruits or meats there you are. Some souvenir shops with chocolates and other stuff also located in this Bazar. Some cheap clothes and accessories also available there but don't imagine something fancy! Take a look anyways!

We entered the market at the southwest corner of Lion’s Gate and walked though it all. It was full of people, fresh and delicious produce and local shoppers. We were probably the only tourists there on a Monday morning. Definitely recommend!

If you are after any fresh produce this is the place to go. It was ever so cheap and good quality, plus there are other shops. Worth a look

Being lovers of all things markets, visiting this place piqued our interest. We were not disappointed. We were told it has undergone recent renovations, and generally cleaned up, it had a gentrified feel/vibe about it during our visit. We spent a good couple of hours...More
