Terminal facilities were attractive, well designed and efficiently run. Ferry facilities were comprehensive, clean and comfortable. The trip was comfortable. Crew recognised age and infirmity of passengers and treated them accordingly.

A great ride between Papeete and Moorea. If you take it around sunset you get a beautiful view of the city and mountains in a golden hue. Moorea is totally different than Papeete, I recommend staying for a few days or at least just visiting.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient ferry. Large, stable boat with lots of seating including tables and an observation deck on top. Nice scenic ride from Papeete to Moorea.

Transportation was fine. My two stars is because they broke my luggage and acted like they didn’t do it. No accountability. This luggage has only been used for two other trips aside from my most recent one to Tahiti. Not even 10 months old. (I...More

This is probably the best ferry I’ve been on. Large, modern ferry with a variety of seating including comfortable chairs, chairs with tables, good deli food and open air seats above. The ferry runs several times a day and is efficient bustling and off loading...More

Ferry runs several times each day and is very popular with the locals and tourists. There is a passenger ferry (takes motorcycles) and a larger ferry that also takes cars. Ferry is "high speed" (about 20 knots I guess), and can rock a little with...More

There's shuttle services you can book. Most have vans and about 10 unrelated passengers that pay for seats..... Or you can take a cab(expensive). We were lucky and our AirBNB host picked us up.
