They were professional and excellent. I hate flying in small planes, but hey made the experience as painless as possible.

Unlike our experience with Turtle Airways, pacific delivered in every way. They picked us up at Kuata and delivered us right to our awaiting domestic flight.

We booked the sea plane transfer out and back to Viwa Island (where we stayed for one week) from Nadi as a treat and to save journey time. Little did we know what an awesome experience this would be. The thrill of being in such a small plane, the experience of taking off and then landing on the water, communicating with the pilot via head phones, seeing into the cockpit and all the old controls, gazing down at tiny islands and white beaches - we loved it! Thank you to Jerry our pilot out and back.

For the last 3 years we have holidayed on Castaway Island In January, each time we have chosen to arrive and depart by helicopter and each time it has left right on time and picked us up at the resort on time for our return home. Staff at the check in are always so friendly and helpful. The pilots both male and female are a wealth of knowledge and give you great commentary on the flights and it is such a scenic flight out and back. If your heading out to the islands I would highly recommend this company, they have never let us down.

I booked the swimming with mantas seaplane tour with Pacific Island Air 5 MONTHS before our trip to Fiji. They told us we needed to pay in full to reserve our spot by transferring the full amount of the trip via overseas bank transfer, which we did. Then we get to Fiji and 2 days before the flight they email us our plane tickets....then the NIGHT BEFORE the trip they don't call us or our hotel to notify us, they just send us another email saying "Trip is cancelled, the plane is busted." Now, I can understand that planes have mechanical issues and if that's the case and they needed to cancel, then that of course is fine, but are you kidding me? What if I didn't happen to go to a coffee shop to get wifi that night, I would never have known the trip was cancelled, that's TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As if that wasn't bad enough, it was an absolute struggle to get them to refund us the money we paid them for the trip, guess how long it took them to give us our money back after me constantly emailing to harass them about it? 3 MONTHS! Unbelievable. This company is totally unreliable and a sham, do not book anything with them, you have been warned!

We are terribly sorry to hear of your ordeal. This is not what 99% of our customers say. We have been through a very bad patch lately but am pleased to say this is now behind us. Sometimes we have to cancel, which is similar to any airline in the world. we are not unique in this. We hope you give us the opportunity to make amends one day. vinaka
