An interesting experience. Bare-footed pilots, Casual departure times. Not all headsets presents, so own earplugs needed to handle the noise. Great way to arrive in your resort.

Hi Ranyi, We've just gotten back from Fiji and had very much the same level of issues you are. For what should have been a fairly simple transfer - Just trying to arrange that I had to send over 30 emails before we left and we still have the wrong paper work! (Also our transfer was supposed to be a helicopter out and seaplane back but the day before our transfer I received an email saying we had been booked onto the seaplane out not the helicopter as requested - Can I guess when you've been dealing with someone called Leni? That is who I was dealing with for the most part and if you email with more than one question in an email if you do manage to get a reply he'll only ever answer one question at a time! I'm not sure what has happened to this company but it seems they have gone from having good reviews to being totally inept! You can try contacting Alison Fleming she is their group marketing manager - She is also a little hit / miss but the only management I was able to get hold of. Alison (at) helicopters(.) net (.) nz Tel: +679 6725 644 Mob: +61 (0) 422 373454 (Brisbane Australia based) Once you're at the airport the staff there and the pilots are great but seeming just the booking part of this company are awful - If you're not already committed I'd consider using a different company - I certainly will never be using them again. If you are committed hopefully Alison can help (She was helpful prior to us leaving not helpful while we were out there!) Hope all goes well for your trip! Ryan
