This beautiful, warm-water beach stretches past several resorts and is a great place for long walks, volleyball, swimming or just people watching.

Lovely sunsets along this beach, stretching along many resorts strolling along the pathways is quite nice. The beach itself is not so much what us NZ'ers are used to and more used for good access directly out to the islands for Jet Ski safaris private...More

The beach isn't that desirable, rocky shore and murky water as it was once full of mangrove trees. But, there are plenty of things to see and do while on Denaru Island, and the people are just wonderful and friendly.

Was only here for a few hours but really enjoyed it. Lots to see and do. Would like to go back and stay on the island for a bit. Very beautiful and handy to everything.

Denarau island has a lot of resorts, restaurants, water activities, bars, and many more. The sunset here is extremely beautiful.

The whole of the Denarau area has a beach of fine white sand, about 5-10 metres wide, going down to a usually flat sea with water temperature in the twenties. The beach fronting the various hotels is really the icing on the cake.

Our family trip of 6A & 3C (under 4) saw us stay at Denarau. Our first choice was one of the islands but after consulting a ‘Fiji’ friend we decided to stay on mainland. This I feel was a cheaper option as you don’t have...More
