Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My husband and I loved this exclusive experience. We went on onboard for our anniversary and the owner’s tailor-made our itinerary.

I am gluten-free and the chef onboard went out of her way to make sure my meal requirements were met. We spent six nights onboard and travelled up the Yasawa group of islands. The captain constantly monitored the weather and fine-tuned our overnight locations to anchor in the calmest possible locations.

The snorkelling and scuba diving was incredible and we even had a sunset beach picnic with cheese platter and bubbles on our third evening.

Staff were so helpful. We will be back.

My wife and I spent 4 nights aboard the Papillon for our Honeymoon and our only regret is we couldn't spend more time! The charter was well worth the money. The food on board was delicious, the sleeping quarters were very comfortable (although our favorite night was probably the night we spent sleeping on the front of the boat per the captains recommendation - hard to beat sleeping under the stars surrounded by uninhabited islands with zero light pollution!)

I've been lucky to go on some amazing trips in my life but this one might take the cake as the best one. I've never seen places as beautiful as the islands we were able to visit while on our charter and I was amazed at how few boats we saw while out there. Almost every island we went to we were the only ones there and we were able to take in the beauty of those islands in complete privacy.

The crew also made this trip amazing. Captain Joe is clearly an expert on all things Fiji and knew all the best places to bring us and had great stories to share. Our chef, Matt, made incredible high-end restaurant level meals and also was able to share a ton of great knowledge from his travels. And lastly we loved exploring the islands and spending time with the local crew member Asela. We're pretty convinced Asela is Fiji's version of the Dos Equis Man (most interesting man alive) since he was so knowledgeable and talented. From taking us on incredible hikes barefoot, snorkeling while dragging a dinghy behind him, to casually making the most amazing pieces of art out of coconut leaves - Asela is the ultimate island man.

Vinaka Joe, Matt and Asela!

5 days onboard Grand Bleu was not enough but will be back for more. Fantastic luxury catamaran with so much space to relax and take i the south Pacific scenery, beautiful islands, seascapes and sunsets. The food was seven star and something to suit all our family. Any activity was catered for, nothing was too much trouble...diving, snorkelling, waveboarding, fishing and more. Sunset bonfires on deserted beaches with a glass in hand.Lazing on the spacious deck while sailing to the next idyllic island. this should be on everyones bucket list. Fantastic crew, fantastic boat, fantastic holiday.
We will be booking again...bucket list twice!!!!!
