We shopped Jack's of Fiji at the DoubleTree Resort on multiple occasions. Each time we were greeted warmly by the staff. They assisted us when we had questions and helped us ship some items back to the States. Marika and Katarina made our last visit memorable and we appreciated hearing about Fijian culture and their personal stories.

The staff at Jacks of Fiji Double Tree Hilton resort at Sonaisali Islad are outstanding. A massive shout out and vote of thanks to Vani, Mark, Mohammed and Katrina for their care and sterling service during our 7 night stay. Their service and generosity, as well as their expertise, especially in relation to the local pearls, items and how to organise a vat refund for tourists. Mark engraved a beutiful keepsake for no extra charge and the range of products was so impressive.

Jack’s artwork, woodcraft was consistently the best on the island. The Sales Representative at The Jack’s Doubletree Resort, Vani Marama was, by far the most knowledgeable . I say this because I visited three of the Jack’s stores on the island. Vani shared a variety of Fijian customs, Fijian traditions, and information related to each art piece, woodcraft, and jewelry. Vani is a valuable asset to Jack’s, and to visitors !!
