Absolutely awful. Not our 1st time here. We pre-purchased our tickets before leaving Australia so we had a scheduled day to attend. They were advertising 50% capacity per day which is why we pre-purchased our tickets. Upon arrival there wasn’t much of a queue as it was a slightly rainy day so we got straight in and I thought we were in for a pretty good day. Was I wrong!! Once in the gates we soon noticed that all the rides were capped for people. That included the wave pool, the lazy river and all the waterslides. So all the riders were lined up up each other’s back sides with absolutely no social distancing whatsoever. Yet the morons running the place thought this was ok and then still capped the amount of people being able to line up. So lined up for 30 minutes rubbing shoulders with strangers, but then only let a few people on the rides at a time! It makes about as much sense as getting run over! When questioning some of the ride attendants as to why such a practice was allowed and how it made no sense whatsoever they all played dumb and didn’t respond. I eventually got the better of one of them when he turned around and said “I’m just doing my job”. What a hand-ball if I’ve ever seen one! They’re nothing but a bunch of box tickets that have absolutely no sense of forethought or initiative. They are trained to do one job and one job only and they can’t even do that properly. There were a few kiosks around selling food but as it was raining there was very little space to eat it undercover as all the undercover areas were taken by locals bringing their own food and setting up family picnics in the areas reserved for paying customers. Despite there being an abundance of signs saying no outside food allowed the park management clearly endorsed the practice particularly for locals and couldn’t care less about the paying tourist. Never again will you see one cent of my money.

Reached the place at 9.30am. Wanted to book a Canbana. But the ticket counter said it's fully booked. However, the adventure cove website said it's first come first served and no early booking allowed. So it really puzzled me how these people make a booking even before the park is opened. The website didn't mentioned that there are other channels to book a canbana. The rest of the park is ok although operating in half capacity but queues are at least 60 mins long. If not willing to queue up better buy express ticket. Mind you no refund during rain or thunderstorm. Paid at your own risks.

Last time at Adventure Cove is 7 years ago - we wanted to spend a full day at the park and therefore decided to try out all the activities. We did extensive amount of planning before hand. From booking the cabana, getting express passes, book the timing to enter, ensure trace together are all in place and registered the dolphin sessions. Kids height are all checked as well.

All the hard work of planning ahead of the trip is dampened at the guest relations upon entry.

The staff working attitude is poor, cannot multi-task and the system is not efficient, redemption of the items purchased are all a mess; took almost 45 min to settle everything that was pre-booked with some minimal add-on. We ended up with 3-5 wrist bands on our hands. My sister family registered after and got into a conflict about the number of fast passes. In the end Farook (manager I assume) solved the matter in a timely manner. It is time to reconsider a wrist band that can automate all the different types of add-on.

The express pass is great as we get to jump the queue for popular rides or do it again if we like it - so towards the end of the day, it is a fun day out for us. The food variety at the park is very limited, fairly unhealthy, and very overpriced. $4 for a canned drink in a vending machine.

With the reduced capacity and the bathroom lines were snaking at 6pm, not sure how they managed previously (pre-covid); we ended up heading home in our bathing suits! An idea to book a hotel room for the next time.

I visited Adventure Cover sentosa with my 11 year old son. This is our first visit to the park since the pandemic.

There are various crowd control measures. For example the 'lazy river' entries are controlled to ensure that there are limited persons on the 'river' at any one time.

The 'wave' pool is also fenced off and the number of persons in the pool is limited at any one time.

This result in lines forming in the above two attractions whereas pre-COVID, one can just step in and out freely.

The upside is that the lazy river and wave pool is much less crowded.

Also the water rides also have shorter lines, which is great!

The restaurant within the park is also closed. One can buy hot dogs etc from stands in the park but full meals is not longer available. Something to bear in mind.

First time bringing my kids to adventure water park yesterday. Overall it was a fun day. Not many rides, but it was okay for me. Number of visitors are restricted due to covid, queue was not long in the morning. But queue getting longer in the afternoon. Restaurant is not opened, only snark cart is available. I would like to feedback on the ice cream cart lady staff (middle age aunty) at Bay restaurant. Visitors are advised to put on mask unless they are in the pool or eating. But of course you can imagine how are you going to hold your mask when you’re in the pool. The mask will just end up soaked. So most people are not masked. I was eating my lunch at bay restaurant and decided to redeem my ice cream at the ice cream cart lady. She shouted at me with hand banging on the table to ask me to put on my mask. Well, it’s not I purposely go around without a mask. This is a water park plus I’m eating. Even if you would like your visitor to follow certain rule, there’s no need to shout with hand banging on the table. Maybe Sentosa should provide some sort of water proof bag to hang around the neck or something if you really want your visitor to mask on when out of the pool and mask off in the pool. This incident ruined the experience, other than that the other staffs are good and helpful.

(Oct 15) Second time here and my kids enjoyed it. However, we had one unpleasant experience, when we tried to go to splashworks. My 5 years old son is very adventurous and can swim we thought he could try the activities in Splashworks. When we went there we saw kids around his age and "height" inside that area and trying the activities. Due to restrictions we had to queue and waited for our turn. While waiting, a staff asked us to check his height, he's a few centimeters short and we were told that he couldn't get in. I respect these rules and I understand the safety measures, what I didn't like was how the staff responded to me when I questioned them why were there about 2 or 3 kids inside that also did not meet the height requirement. The only reason I got was that " because their parents argued" - to me this was the lamest response. Her superiors was not around at that time, I know I should have complained when we checked out but was too tired to do so. Anyhow, I hope you trained your staff to be consistent and strict with your own set of safety rules and manage arguments well.

I’d forgotten how fun this water park is! The lazy river although partially cordoned off allowed us to view the sting rays at feeding time and the multiple sea turtles.

With the SMM being put in place and the number of rides available, I’m not sure if its worth going again, since the ticket is really, really pricey. However, i did enjoyed my time in adventure cove. It wasn’t as crowded for a sunday. Definitely worth my time. But why i did not gave a full 5 star, because of the maintenance going around. In contrary, the website did indicate the rides operation timing and ride maintenance but only for Universal Studios. I was disappointed because my friends and i finished all the rides by 1230, we went for lunch, and decided to queue for splashworks at 1345 since it will open only from 1400. One of the lifeguard came to open the gates, and came back with the signage that it was closed for maintenance and only told the person in the front queue and just went off. Should definitely see how disappointed we all are, queueing for nothing. Hence which made me thought, whether the entry price was worth it. Other than that, i do not have any other feedback.

It's an ok water park.

Not a lot of slides over all making it questionable value for money.

The kids do enjoy it, so that is the main thing.

Overall it's ok.

Refuses to give us a refund on the dates we book after government restrictions came in, totally unacceptable.

They said tickets expiration will be extended but it's not even fair to me as I will be moving to another country for work at the end of the month

Already very disappointed that we can't go due to covid restrictions, now can't even get money back
