Mega Bounce. Terrible. Misleading signboard. Saw the signboard to purchase the ticket online to skip the queue. we dutifully scan and purchase the tickets however when it were our turn, we were asked to queue again at the ticket booth to exchange a wrist band by the person in charge of the station (We are the only family at the Mega bounce, no one is waiting in the line). We queue for almost an hour, got our wrist band and went back to the mega bounce station. In the next instant when a Caucasian families came, they were allowed to play ahead of us without need to queue up to exchange the wrist band. We questioned the station in charge, she just simply answer " I'm also confused about the arrangement, I was told to do so". The father of the Caucasian family agued that they were just follow the signboard, and said "you need the wrist band, okay I will get that". He just walk to the ticket booth without queuing and get the wrist band instantly. They were at least 6 person waiting in the line, all of them are same like us been queuing for hour to get the wrist band. Very disappointment of how the staffs treated local visitor (Asian) and Caucasian differently.

We loved the Mega Zip that took us flying above the beautiful and dense jungle below. It's truly breath taking. The staff is super friendly and relaxed, they make you feel safe in their capable hands.

We were hiking along the Imbiah nature trails and came across the Mega adventure park at the hilltop, and my 7yr old daughter wanted to try the Mega Climb. She barely made the 120cm minimum height! The staff were great. Informative, friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I like that they have a second staff to check on the harness, and they were always careful to follow the safety protocol (e.g. gate must be closed before another gate is opened). Gives more comfort in allowing our 7yr old to dangle several meters above the ground. After the climb, the staff also gave us a ride down to the beach in their buggy, which saved us from getting a drenching as the skies opened up to torrential rain just as we reached the beach. The staff on the buggy were just as friendly. Many thanks for making us feel more than just being another customer!
