The Disneyland HK is little overrated, though there are few interesting rides/ events/activities, the full park was flooded with regional tourists & long delays made the fun fly away.

If it’s not signal 8 it will operate And it’s very rare to get #8 or up I’m sure all the damages will be repaired in a week or two

When the storm ends. If you check their web site it tells you it will reopen today. I’d be wary of the condition of the rides after the damaging storms
