Joyce was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in her instructions as we were able to create a variety of dishes. The wet market tour made it that much more fun, and it was a morning well spent learning to cook with flavors of Hong Kong!

Very nice walk through the market before the cooking class. Then we went to Joyce’s house and prepared a wonderful meal. She is very nice and very well worth the time and money. We had a great time.
