If you like to shop for food and see what folks here eat, this is a good place for as stop. I always love markets, so I had fun.

Well worth several visits and don't forget the 2nd level, there can be bargins to be had up there. When buying shell necklaces and such you can get it engraved with a name at no extra cost at some stalls

When Im in Tonga, I come here to buy my bone necklaces and bracelets for gifts back home in the states(Check upstairs). Great T-shirts, and Hats (Mate Ma'a Tonga!!!!)

Some nice local crafts and ok veges and fruit. Friendly people. Local colour! Prices are reasonable. Narrow passages ways though so don't bring a stroller.

Easily spent about three hours wandering around, wouldn't have minded having a heap more money to buy some of the local collectibles as they are really quite impressive. Lots of fresh fruit and Vegies too.

Definitely a place to walk to. All surrounding streets are choka full of vehicles. Only a small variety of foods after the cyclone but that was to be expected. Plenty of enormous root vegetables!!

Pretty sure every day except Sunday. Seems to be everyday except Sunday for most things.
