The Azadi tower, formerly known as the Shahyad tower is the most important landmark of Tehran. It offers museum, great architecture and it is placed in center of the Azadi square which is a great place to see.

The lovely azadi (freedom) tower is not in good part of city, but it is the Icon of great city of Tehran. it is a must see, I believe.

This is the first sight for many people arriving to Tehran since it's very close to one of the terminals. I guess you just have to make a photo if you are around, like I did.

This tower is amazing, it's simple yet, elegant. I like Milad tower also but I my heart belongs to this one. Totally recommend it
