If you can dodge the deluge takers, the mount is really peaceful. The views are amazing as is the drive from there to Salt. Incredible road.

There is a lot of history here and is very quiet on the top of the hill. The mosaics are lovely and the place is very serene. A nice stop to make for your biblical journey.

Standing on Mt. Nebo where Moses once stood to see the promised land across the Jordan is quite an experience. It is a meditative moment.
