Mujib Nature Reserve offers different hikes with various levels of intensity. Certain hikes are only open April-October so check their website before visiting.

Do this before it's banned! Honestly, there's not a chance the Siq trail would be allowed in Europe. But it's so much fun. You don't need a guide, but you need to be reasonably fit. I was surprised that while they gave you a life-jacket...More

We arrived at 8 am, which is the opening time, but we had to wait for another 45 minutes without any legit reason. The siq trail was the only available trail at that time and it costed 21 jd. Also we came with big expectations...More

We did the Siq trail in September 2018 (all other canyoning trips were not available at the time due to rockfall risks) during relatively high water levels. We paid 21 JOD per person entrance fee and received buoyancy aids to wear on the trail. The...More

Spectacular views of The Siq, and a real adventure! Depending on the water level, the route can be quite challenging. On September 5th, a tour guide is definitely recommended for beginners.

We did the Siq Trail at the ‚Wadi Mujib Adventure Center‘. The trail takes approx. 2 hours (1h forth and 1h back). Entrance fee is 21 JOD (status August 2018). You pay the entrance fee, get dressed up and then you start the tour (Siq...More

Make this stop part of your Jordan experience. Plan on being in the canyon for two hours. You will wade and swim so plan appropriately. They provide life jackets. Sunscreen is not needed because the canyon is so narrow you get no direct light. If...More

I decided to go to this adventure as adviced by a friend. I went there driving my own car - the roads are amazing and the seens are breathtaking. I wished I stopped to enjoy the seens and to take few pictures. The adventure center...More

Note: be prepared to get wet. Best experience in Jordan, even more so enjoyable than Petra. Basically, you hike/swim up a stream/river through a ravine until you arrive at a waterfall. Did it without a guide, and didn't have any issue. There were a number...More

We spent the night in the chalets across the street, so we left everything at the reception. Worst case scenario you can leave it in your bus/car. I really didn’t notice anything in the lobby/visitor center.
