If you're on a day trip, or you're not into spa treatments, this place is OK. The changing rooms are old fashioned, the "shore-side" showers are 30 metres up the beach (though this is a problem nearly everywhere along the shore), and you need to...More

Terrible maintenance of the dead sea shore and its access. They don’t even care about cleaning plastics and rubbish around. It’s expensive for the service offered, just the pools are taken care off. If you just need a shower after the swim at the dead...More

Do not do the same mistake as us, avoid! The so called beach is very dirty, plastic, waste, and lots of vegetable, wood waste too. No proper stairs (dangerous even ) to get down to the beach, nor to get in the sea. No shower...More

If you want to dip in the Dead Sea but don’t want to stay in a hotel this might be one of the only options. But it is very expensive for what it offers: the changing rooms and showers are in a bad shape, the...More

Amman beach met expectations, it had the Dead Sea, and showers after, the mud did cost 3JoD onto of the entry fee. The pool above the Dead Sea looked clean, there were tables and chairs surrounding the pools which was nice to chill out in....More

Went for a swim in the Dead Sea. This is just south of the hotels. Nice parking and entrance. It cost £15 to go in. Pools look nice and clean, but the changing facilities were not with dirty overflowing toilets. Walk down to the sea...More

Floating in the dead sea was amazing, definitely something to do. Water is very oilyand has a strong flavor. The scenery is very nice, just to sit down and take in the view is worth the trip. There were some plastic chairs and umbrellas by...More

Stopped for lunch here in transit from Wadi Rum to our resort further up the Dead Sea shoreline, and unless you are dying of starvation, I would skip it. Yes, the restaurant had AC, but...the food was bland, there were lots of gelatinous creations that...More

20 JD with food and entrance fee if booked via hotels they collaborate in Amman. If not 20 JD for entry fee only. Every extra service is paid for so get your own things including soap towel etc. It is basic and fairly clean. It's...More

One just has to float in the Dead Sea even when it rains. Changing facilities are basic so take towels and soap etc. You can pay for a locker big enough to hold a backpack at the shop. They take 5 Dinar and return 3...More

Hello, we only went on a day trip to the public beach and didn't stay in a hotel. However, all the hotels along the coastline looked lovely. I seem to recall that our guide said the Movenpick Hotel was a good standard.
