We had already swam in the Dead Sea in our trip to Israel, years ago. Therefore it's been the same experience. The Jordan place was OK but the changing room facilities were always wet, with no maintenance and without a proper service.

The water was chilly but it was fun floating in it after I was fully submerged. that has medicinal qualities. It cost us $60.00 each to enter the beach and approximately $3.00 to use the showers. It did not cost any extra money to sit...More

The venue is pretty dated and needs a lot of work, half the showers are broken and most of the floors have deteriorated over time. The lunch was surprisingly good, setup as a buffet, you get to go back up as many times as you...More

DO NOT GO TO THIS BEACH. I was watched when having a shower (naked) by a staff member. This man was looking at me showering through a small window that opens towards the roof top of the staff building. The window had a small curtain...More

Unbeknownst to me until I got there, this is the cheapest paid beach to get to experience the Dead Sea. You get what you pay for. My driver brought me here for a quick dip as part of my day's run from Amman to Petra....More

Hello, we only went on a day trip to the public beach and didn't stay in a hotel. However, all the hotels along the coastline looked lovely. I seem to recall that our guide said the Movenpick Hotel was a good standard.
