I walked from downtown Old Amman came in the back way not recommended.. its a nice hike up I think you have to pay to enter but like i said i came in the back . What a site its one of the highest points...More

Not really a fan and explorer on historical places, however this Roman ruins is pretty well maintained. Very much isolated and not much crowded. Truly a place worth visiting over looking the city of Amman.

If these ruins were anywhere else in the world, there would be hundreds of thousands of people flocking to it. Yet, these extensive ruins were practically empty, which was great for us. It's definitely the top attraction in Amman.

This is a must see in Amman. The ruins are amazing and when one considers the age of the ruins and the skill of the Romans, it is impressive.
