Very good guided/pictured/movie depiction of the vision of Theodore Herzl. Can thoroughly recommend a visit to this museum - not a stuffy place but interaction throughout.

Dreams are what you make of it. A man had believed in the Jewish state for so long it inundated his entire life. Though he didn't live to see the Nation Israel, he set the right tone for it. Without his works, Israel would have...More

The Herzl Museum, situated in a beautiful park where Herzl and other prominent figures are buried, is one of the most interesting museums I‘ve seen in a while. You are taken on a fascinating audio-visual journey through Herzl‘s life and times - from one room...More

We experienced the tour with our kids. We all profoundly enjoyed it. The tour is educative, providing an opportunity to learn more about Herzl and his vision of a Jewish state. Whilst here, do not miss the National Cemetery for Israeli leaders.

The museum takes an unusual approach of presenting the story of the Zionist Movement founder. It is an interesting museum and should not be missed.

I was intending to visit Mount Herzl and happened by accident to realise there was a museum, which I figured I would see. It turns out that the "museum" is actually a four room audio-visual presentation that you have to book on and as it...More

Took my group here to try something new. Cute approach that might be best for people who know nothing about Herzl or Zionism. Calling it "interactive" is stretching it. The last room with actual artifacts was probably most worthwhile. The guide was nice; the staff...More

Apparently you will know to book in advance as you must join a Tour of your own language. We weren't even allowed past the door, turned away by a very rude doorman. Good luck

Yes there is a very large parking lot which is entered from Herzl about 200 meters from the museum. If you use a GPS and miss the entrance to the one way parking lot you will need to make two u-turns to return to the... More
