As you walk through the park and experience moments from the past, it becomes quite humbling. The walking tour, within the park, brings portions of history alive in ways that will leave you changed forever.

King Solomon's Mines is part of a great park that can be enjoyable trip. It is very nice and it is a present for us from the nature.

A great day out...hired a car....purchased a CD in English that explained all the sites. Well set out....7 or 8 stop off points . Each with about 500m to walk. Take water and hats can get hot. Brilliant days outing. We were there last 2015...More

Unfortunately one needs a car/organized tour to visit here. This park has natural rocks and antiquities from the ancient Egyptian times, so it appeals to both history and nature lovers. There are informative signs so one doesn't need a guide and you can easily visit...More

This is a part of Timna park. They have a wonderful new tourist center with a new film giving a little history and information about the mines. It was a lot of fun.

This is a millennial copper mine, from the time of the ancient Egyptians. The red colors of the rocks are a beauty.
