I'll preface this by saying I don't love to shop. However, I really wanted to leave Vietnam with some of their quality silk. Gia Huy was a top experience---to walk in, choose from bolts of silks, have them measure me and within hours pick up gorgeous blouses/tops for incredibly reasonable and fair prices. Sen was the woman that helped me, and she was attentive and had a very sharp mind. She could grasp my ideas, sketch them out, measure me and truly cared about the entire experience being positive. My only regret is that I did not have more items made while in Hue.

My Wife and I had the pleasure of visiting this lovely store in Hue in November where I had 3 suits/5 shirts and she had 3 skirts, 1 dress and a co-ord set made. We were running short on time but the team still made it happen.
We were greeted warmly, shown around and given advice on best fabrics. No changes were too hard and everything came out perfectly! The entire team did everything they could to make sure we were happy with both the service and the clothing.
I was so impressed with the workman ship I placed an order online 3 weeks ago for another 12 shirts. The speed of response was amazing with fabric selections sent through and selected quickly. I was updated throughout the process and here I am today with 12 brand new, tailored shirts that fit like a glove. The only delay in the whole process was international shipping which took a bit over 2 weeks to get to Australia but had nothing at all to do with Gia Huy Silk.
Thanks so much for the amazing clothes! We will definitely be placing more orders and visiting you again in store when we visit Hue.

Located in the touristic area of Hue, this place is a treasure of kindness. Well welcomed and adviced.
Fixed prices and regarding the concurrence in Dong Ba market for example, the price is more than reasonable for the service you get. Smiley staff who knows how to do the job.
Really good moment of shopping down there.
Ps: if the regular design doesn't fit you, they would do their best to fix it and they will do it well in a very short time.

They made me a custom silk dress in 12 hours that was exactly as I hoped. They also tailored many other custom items for myself and my friends including pajamas, kimono and a full suit! They were so accommodating, the quality was excellent and we loved everything. Definitely recommend!!

I ended up at Giahuy Silk by accident as I was just passing by and saw the beautiful traditional dresses in linen which was exactly what I was looking for. I walked in and had a great experience from start to finish. Loc was incredibly helpful and offered to make new trousers for me in just 3 hours. I also wanted some adjustments made to the traditional dress that I picked and this was no issue at all. I liked the clothes so much that I contacted the shop again and made a larger order for 12 trousers and 3 dresses. Here again Loc was very patient and resourceful, suggesting different colours, going out of her way to find alternative colours; going back and forth to the factory to get everything right. She was so dedicated and kind !!! This was certainly above and beyond her call of duty and I was very impressed and touched. In addition to this five star experience, Loc arranged for my order to be delivered to Hanoi and everything went smoothly and according to plan. I could not believe my luck!!! The quality is superb and I got myself wonderful clothes in incredibly vibrant colours. If you want to make good quality clothes in Vietnam, look no further, this is the place ! Could not recommend them enough and I look forward to doing business again.

Anh and the team were absolutely wonderful, they turned our order round in less than 24 hours, and the trousers and suits are fantastic - great fit, quality material and a very reasonable price. The service was outstanding and they are lovely people! Highly recommend if you're looking for a tailor in Hue.

This tailor is absolutely brilliant! Within 24 hours she made me 2 tops, 3 pairs of trousers and a dress. She also adjusted some trousers I’d bought from Thailand for free! I also had a fitting in that time where all adjustments were happily made.
I’m so so happy with the garments and I couldn’t recommend them enough! If you’re in Hue this is the only tailor to go to, great range of fabrics and great service!

Excellent attention, excellent product! My daughter showed them a picture of a dress she had in mind, they made it even nicer! We ended getting dresses for the 2 of us, and I also took some of my own dresses to add pockets! Great experience! great fabrics and great service!!!

The staff are really kind and considerate. The quality also blew me away. I came in with a ferry specific request and they exceeded my expectations. The suite I got is better than the one I had from a photo. They got it done quickly and professionally, I can't recommend this place enough.
