I had such an amazing day I don’t know where to start, so I’ll list down below.
Pros:
1. Very authentic Vietnamese experience; local coffee shops, local firm producing rice paper and noodles, lunch cooked by local family instead of touristy restaurant, rubber tree forest, etc..
2. They catered to my dietary preference (vegetarian) for both breakfast and lunch, which totally satisfied me in terms of amount and taste.
3. AMAZING guide, Jeff. Very punctual, friendly, speaks fluent English, good sense of humor. Super knowledgeable about Vietnamese history. And of course, incredible driving skills. Very attentive and took more than 100 photos/videos with his phone and sent them to me. Bug spray, tissues, water, sunscreen - you name it he has it.
4. Tiny group; it was a group of a lovely couple from Australia and myself. That’s it. Each one of us had an own driver, and we shared a great time together.
5. Cu Chi tunnel (Ben Duoc) was absolutely worth the time and money. It’ll depend on the season but there were probably only 10-15 other tourists we came across with. In the tunnel, we were always the only one.
6. Bike. Jeff came with a Suzuki in a great condition that has a box (with a lock) on the back of it. I was able to put my backpack inside and felt very safe throughout the journey. Comfy ride. *I’m glad i took the bike option because it allowed us to go off road a bit, into narrow local streets and stop as necessary. It was a real fun as well as a great sightseeing opportunity.
If I give it more time, I’ll remember more pros but I really don’t have anything negative to say about them. It was the highlight of my stay in HCMC and I will definitely go back to them for more. Thanks so much Onetrip!

It started out as spontaneous day browsing the internet on what to do for your first time ever in HCMC and you stumble upon a city tour guide with one trip. To my surprise it was a 1:1 motorbike tour like what?! How fun!! Tom was my tour guide and he was amazing! You get to experience the city and the culture so much by just riding behind him (recommend motorbikes vs boring 4 wheels). Tom might surprise you, at first it was like can this kid really drive in this chaotic traffic but he turn out to be a sick driver zooming safely down the streets of HCMC (feel like riding a rollercoaster!!)
What was just curiosity about the city turn into a full afternoon of fun, laughter and unforgettable memories. Tom proves to be very knowledgeable and is captivating when he speaks (for someone that just learn English 8 months ago that is pretty impressive). One trip is a great company would highly recommend taking any tour especially the HCMC one with Tom!!

We did the free tour in HCMC and Hanoi. The guides were super friendly and energetic, and very willing to customize the tour however we wanted, adding in food stops when we were hungry. I would definitely recommend the motorbike tour if you can do it — it's the best way to get around the cities, and a lot of fun! In HCMC, our guide was Hannah + four others whose names I cannot remember unfortunately, and in Saigon our guide was Robert. Both of them gave us excellent food recommendations after the tour which we explored in our remaining days.

Our tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels with Onetrip was by and far the best day tour we took in Vietnam. We highly recommend doing it by motorbike if you can. The guides are super friendly and engaging, and clearly care about making sure you have a good experience. It's a long drive, but the stops along the way are very well planned - the additional stops to the rice noodle factory and rubber tree farm were very interesting as we'd never seen anything like it before. It was great that the guides were actually very knowledgeable about the tunnels and were the ones to talk to us about the history and take us into the tunnels. They took us into smaller tunnels where the big tour groups there were not going. It definitely seemed like a much more informative and interesting experience than you'd get with a larger bus group.
The food was also excellent. They clearly put a lot of effort into finding the best food they can and avoid big touristy restaurants like we experienced on some other trips. They also took just the right amount of breaks at hammock cafes so you can rest if like us, you're not used to riding a motor bike for so long. The stops at the hammock cafes were also just an unexpectedly fun experience!
We also took the one day tour to the Mekong Delta. I think this tour would be worth it if you did the 2 day version were you go to the floating market. However, while we felt the tour experience was of the same high quality, in retrospect, now that we've seen more of Vietnam, we're not sure the price is worth it for what you see in the one day tour. Ho Chi Minh is near a very industrial part of the Mekong, and while the businesses/factories they took us too were very interesting, it's a lot of money to essentially just see the industrial part of the Mekong. That said, they also took us out to a super amazing lunch way out in the Mekong countryside which was very special, and we just enjoyed the experience of being on their tours no matter where we went.
Overall we felt like Onetrip really understands the type of experience tourists want to have, and put a lot of effort into making the experience feel unique. If we could have booked tours with them in other parts of Vietnam we absolutely would have!

Wonderful, authentic tour of Saigon. The food you'll eat is from off the path and helps understand the city a bit more. The guides are awesome and have great passion for the tour. We were lucky enough to have Long and Bin and enjoyed every minute of the experience!! We had a blast and the trip was beyond expectations. It's not just food, you also get some sightseeing and knowledge of the city. Highly recommend.

We booked the Student Tour for our first day in Saigon. We are so happy we did it! Linh and Bao picked us up on their motorbikes and took us around to some of the main sights and told us about the history and HCMC culture. We had such a great time with them visiting the market, eating Che and trying Durian, visiting the oldest coffee shop, the Reunification Palace and the Post office. They were great to spend the afternoon with and orient us to the city. We highly recommend this tour with Linh and Bao!

The booking with Onetrip was easy and all the question was answered within minutes.
My guide for this tour was Tom.
Tom came to pick me up from the hotel wright on time. The tour includes a motorcycle ride that felt very safe. Tom was very informative with very good English and. During the tour, he made sure to share a lot of interesting information about each site we visit. After the tour, we stoped at small and authentic cafe with the best coffee ever. He shared with me more recommendations for places worth visiting and was available for any new questions during my stay in Vietnam.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the tour with Onetrip, especially Tom as a guide.

The best part of the experience was the tour guide. Andy was very knowledgeable on everywhere we went. Got to see some great parts of Saigon I wouldn't have been able to see without Andy.
We went into little alleyways to see the markets and eat some local dishes. We also checked out various areas of significance through out the city, with a personal touch.
If you're planning on visiting Saigon. Book the in depth Saigon tour and request Andy, you won't be disappointed.

Incredible and unforgettable..... You must do it, and with them.
We were recommended and in fact we got the best experience.... We were thrilled, they (the guides) were the best you can get..... Always looking for you wellbeing.
Nothing better than some pictures to see and show our happiness 😊

We did 3-day Mekong motorcycle tour with Dave and Justin thought it was great! We did the tour in late 2018, but still think back on the experience fondly (hence finally leaving a review). Dave and Justin consistently went out of their way to make our trip fun and memorable including gratuitous amounts of Vietnamese coffee.
Onetrip was also very easy to work and coordinate with. We almost never use guides when traveling, but would strongly working with Onetrip as they did a great job introducing experiences that would be otherwise be hard to discover on your own (e.g. knowing the best boat breakfast place).

Me and my wife used Onetrip for 2 days mekong delta trip, it was bit more expensive compare to other offerings, i guess about 250 usd per person, yet you get what you pay for - good car only for us, driver, guide, decent hotel to stay in delta, no stops in tourist traps, vice versa - we got to small communities as one trip supports them, all lunches and even fruits or coffee in floating market was provided by the guide. Its kind to leave small tips for boat drivers or locals you have lunch at, and our guide at the end of trip, yet its up to you. One evening lunch we got on ourselves, as planned. Overall we were pretty surprised as it was all inclusive type of trip.

Hi, i've booked a Cu Chi tour with Onetrip for this Friday. I have changed hotels so my pick up location has changed but efforts to contact this company have been futile. I have not had any response either from direct email or through their website. Has anyone else had similar problems? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am flying in to Ho Chi Minh on November 11, and I have been watching videos on YouTube with your company. I am very impressed. The reason I am writing you right now is because I may be meeting a special Vietnamese lady who does not speak very much English, and I thought that an evening food tour with you would be the perfect way for us to get to know eachother. This would be much better than a Cupid get together, as we would spend the evenings with your fantastic people.
Please let me know how to arrange this if my date is agreeable to doing a food tour with you.
Thank You,
Robert Quick
P.S. this is my first trip to Vietnam, I am 70 years old and I am may arrange for your company to pick me up at the airport. I will need time to get a new Sim card for my phone, and also go to the money exchange.
