The shops mainly sell the same stuff, price is average too. Other than the better side that it is air conditioned, managed to only get a polo tee for my dad which I have not seen anywhere else selling it.

I am sorry I dont know. Even if it is I am positive only some of the booths will be open from my living in Ho Chi Minh for more than 2years very few places are open
