Well organized, allowing practice for every participant. Ideal for 4, took 3 hours to cook and eat. Highly recomended to better enjoy local Vietnamiese food.

My wife and 2 kids took the advanced class. The chef Ms. Dory was professional and fun. The food they created was as good or even better than what we ate in the restaurants. We highly recommend taking this class with Dory.
