DUCCIO (formerly named KITONALI) is the very best place providing hand-made shoes, suits and accessories for gentlemen. Our products are of modern style, 100% hand-made by the most skillful Vietnamese tailors and shoes makers. Customers can choose between Made to measure and real Bespoking. We provide fused, half canvassed or full canvassed suits. For travelers with limited time, 24-hour express service is available. We are located on the ground floor of Aira Boutique Hanoi hotel at No. 38A Tran Phu Street, opening hours from 9am to 9pm everyday. You are welcome.

Great assistance with picking out your own special suit. He went into great detail for all your liking, from colors and patterns to cuts and buttons. He also keeps the measurements so you can order another new tailered suit from home. All in all, really friendly and professional.

Tailor was really good and my suit is lovely. The advice Tan gave was brilliant. I got a two coloured Wool suit with a shirt which turned out great. The cost was higher than what I thought (£500) but I would pay it again for the quality and fit.

My boyfriend and I both got suits made with Mike, and I have to say this was a hands-down exceptional experience. We had three appointments with Mike to express our ideas for the design and get fitted. Mike has a great eye for western-style suits, and I felt like I could trust him to deliver exactly the right bespoke design. We were not disappointed at all—our suits are gorgeous and we are so thankful. Highly recommend this tailor for a reliable, high quality and high end product.

A Tailor shop within the great Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi.
I ordered 2 shirts, and they are really great !
They have a great selection of quality fabrics, take some time to explain evertyhing, listen to the requests and preferences for the fit and finishes of any shirt.
If you plan to spend some time in Hanoi and fancy a nice tailor made shirt, come by the Aira Boutique Hotel !

I cannot say enough great things about Mike! I was under a time crunch and he got me in and out in about 30 minutes. From there, he created the most beautiful suit which he shipped to the United States for me. It arrived about two weeks after I got home and fit like a glove!!! He saved my measurements so I will be able to message him for the states and order custom items whenever I need. I'm so appreciative of his talents and efforts. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!

I bought a suit while in Vietnam last year, and I hate to be gauche, but they use the same material as my tailor here in the states, but the fit is even better for about a quarter of the price. They are super easy to communicate with, and ship overseas. Now I just have to maintain my waistline so I can continue to buy suits here. It’s not the cheapest in Vietnam, but certainly the best.

Getting a tailor made suit with Mike in Hanoi was a fabulous experience. I wanted a classic dark navy understated suit. He made it so easy, taking measurements, giving advice on fabrics with the various samples, colour options and details. The draft suit was ready for a personal fitting very quickly whilst we were in Hanoi and adjustments were made to get the perfect fit. I also got a super soft classic shirt white made to measure as well. Everything was shipped to the UK without any problems and Mike kept in touch regularly. The suit and shirt are so comfortable to wear and look great. A truly excellent service from start to finish and great value for money. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Hanoi.

Mike designed me a beautiful bespoke merino wool suit and a custom bamboo silk shirt. Both were completed during our one week stay in Hanoi. Amazing quality, fit and custom details. Mike is very easy to work with and has a good sense of fashion. He was able to suggest styles and fabrics that would look best with my body type, which is exceptionally difficult to fit (short stature, wide shoulders, 10” chest to waist drop). Only one 1-hour design/measurement session and one 1-hour fitting were required, which were easy to schedule during our vacation. My wife says I’ve never looked better….many thanks to Mike and Duccio Tailors.

Pleasant experience. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Taking the measurements and selecting the suit was a good experience and the staff is knowledgeable. Afterwards suite got send to my home country. When I tried it first time it was directly a good fit. Job well done

Hanoi is known for their custom made suits! Duccio's shop has a great display of fabrics and the store employee was very kind and well knowledgeable on what colors and fabrics would suit me personally. The store is more tailored for men's suit apparel. The only option for women are suit jackets. I wish they made women's skirts, but was happy with a suit jacket since that is what I mainly wear to work.
My travel to Hanoi was only four days, however, within that time period, I was able to get measured and fitted (partially). Duccio was able to ship the suit jacket to my address in Japan. Since I was not able to try on the final product in their store to make necessary alterations, the suit jacket was a bit tight.
Without hesitation, I contacted Duccio and received an instant response. I was able to negotiate with the main tailor who insisted on fixing it for me rather than a local tailor in Japan. With good communication, patience, and understanding, the suit jacket fits nicely now.
Thank you Duccio for your patience and diligence! I look forward to wearing my suit jacket not just to work, but a fancy night out, too!

Probably mid range - you could look for cheaper elsewhere but you would probably compromise on quality and fit. The quality is very good and for a good fit it is best to allow a few days for fittings. We had suits made for me and my son this year and both are excellent quality.
