Go for Sapa express if you're heading directly to Sapa Town. Approximately 5-hour bus ride to Sapa. Comfortable ride and friendly driver. Just a little squeezy for the seats.

I bought a ticket at the office just east of the lake in the Old Quarter. I arrived on time, and everything went very smoothly. The ride was nice with a couple of bathroom stops. Overall a good experience.
